Our Remodeling Process, Start to Finish

How a project with RNB works, from the first call to the final walk-through.

Step by step

How a Remodeling Project Works, Step by Step

1

The Free Walkthrough

We come to the house, look at the space and go over what you want done and what you'd like to spend. Photos of what you have in mind are helpful. About 30 minutes, no charge.

2

The Written Estimate

Within a few days you get a written, itemized estimate: what's included, what isn't, and roughly how long the job will take. You know the price before any work starts. If the number doesn't work, we can talk about phasing the project.

3

The Work

We pull the permits, set a start date and give you a schedule. The owner manages the job and coordinates the plumbers, electricians and other trades, so you have one point of contact and no trades to juggle yourself. Work areas are sealed off for dust and cleaned up at the end of each day, and you're kept informed as the work moves along.

4

The Final Walk-Through

When the work is done we walk through it with you. Anything on the punch list is taken care of before final payment.
