Who we are

What we collect
Only what you type into the estimate form: your name, phone number, email, town, the type of project, your message, and how you heard about us. Email and town are optional. If you would rather not use the form, call or text instead.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for a short time to keep the site secure. We do not use them to identify you.
How we use it
To reply to you, set up a walkthrough, and prepare an estimate. We do not sell your information, add you to marketing lists, or share it with anyone except the services that run this site: Netlify, which hosts the site and delivers form submissions, and Google Workspace, which provides our email. Each handles your information under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising, or social media trackers. Fonts, photos, and scripts are served from this site, not from third parties. If that ever changes, this page will say so.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for our business records. Ask at any time and we will delete what we hold about you.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us. Email or call using the details above.
How we protect it
Personal information is kept in password-protected accounts with access limited to the owner, in line with the Massachusetts data security regulations (201 CMR 17.00). If a breach ever affects your information, we will notify you as Massachusetts law requires.
Children
This site is for homeowners and property managers and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Links to Instagram or other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Website terms
The information on this site is general and may change. Photos are of our own work. A price or timeline you see here or receive by email is not a contract. Massachusetts law requires a written contract for home improvement work over $1,000, and that written contract is what governs. Please tell us if anything on this site looks inaccurate.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
