Deck Building FAQs
Do decks need a permit in Massachusetts?
In most towns, yes. We pull the permit and schedule the inspections.
Composite or wood decking?
Composite costs more up front and needs very little maintenance. Pressure-treated wood costs less and needs staining every few years. We'll price both.
Can you repair a deck that's gone soft?
Often, yes. We'll check the framing and let you know whether it can be repaired or should be rebuilt.
